Revenue Code, 2006 bearing Case No. 695 of 2024, and also an earlier order dated 06.12.2023 passed in Case No. RST/1119/2022, under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Upon being pointed out by the counsel appearing for the State- respondents that the order passed in appeal would be subject to a further statutory legal remedy, counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the petition and that the petitioner would avail the statutory legal remedy.
