The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been issued notice under Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C., as such, presently the petitioner does not have any apprehension of arrest, hence, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to file a fresh, if need arises.
