Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State of Assam. 2. The Investigating Officer of this case has personally appeared in pursuant to the directions given by a co-ordinate bench of this Court, by order dated 14.05.2025 and has submitted written explanation regarding his failure to produce the Case Diary on the said date. 3. The explanation is accepted. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that both the petitioners were granted interim anticipatory bail, by this Court by order dated 16.09.2024, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, both of them have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation. 5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Case Diary of Juria P.S. Case No. 172/2024 and has submitted that the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and their statements have already been recorded under Section 181 of the BNSS, 2023. 6. Since both the petitioners have complied with the directions of this Court and have co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to both of them, by order dated 16.09.2024, is hereby made absolute with a condition that they shall continue to co-operate in the investigation. 7.
