The present petition has been filed seeking to assail the orders dated 20.08.2024 and 05.02.2025, passed by the respondent no. 3, the District Magistrate, District Sambhal, in Case No.RST/115/2025 (Computerized Case No.D202513740000115), [Shyoraj and Others Vs. Smt. Bhoori], under Section 30(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Counsel for the petitioners after making submissions to some extent has not disputed that the aforesaid orders would be subject to a further statutory legal remedy. Accordingly, learned counsel states that he does not wish to press the petition and that the petitioners would avail the appropriate statutory legal remedy, in respect of their grievances.
