The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent Police is not harassing the petitioner; that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner; and that the enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks. 3. Recording the above submission, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the enquiry within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the respondent Police cannot harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
