Case No. 04 of 2025 for the offences registered under section 18(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S), Ranchi. 3. On 18.01.2025 at 11.30 a.m., Dasamfall Police destroyed poppy cultivation from the forest area in village Kadrudih. 4. It was submitted that that the name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confidential information given by the police informer. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S), Ranchi in connection with N.D.P.S.
