The instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner with a prayer that direction be issued to respondents to issue degree of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) to the petitioner for the Examination, 2009 held in 2012. 3. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner moves an application before with prayer to forward his educational details then the said respondent is directed to do the needful in that regard. Subsequently, if the documents are placed before the respondent University and if there is no legal impediment, appropriate steps shall be taken by concerned respondent.
