Learned counsel for the petitioner remained absent. 2. This petition came to be filed on 17.02.2023 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by challenging the order of dismissal of the application filed by the petitioner under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. for recalling the witnesses, vide order dated 07.02.2023. 3. Presently, learned counsel for the petitioner remained absent and this matter is pending for nearly 2 years and not pursued the matter. 5. On verification on the internet, it was revealed that the Trial Court had already disposed of the main matter itself on 10.08.2023 itself. 6. In view of the disposal of the main case itself, this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed, both for non- prosecution and also for having become infructuous.
