Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 886 of 2024 by order dated 14.03.2024. 4. Petitioner is said to have murdered the mother of the Informant. On his confession, dead body of the deceased and murder weapon was recovered. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
