Case No. 02 of 2025 arising out of Godda (Town) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 22/25/27A/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Godda. 3. On 09.04.2025, petitioner was apprehended by Godda Town Police. On search, 0.41 gram of brown sugar was recovered from his possession. 4. The quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of small quantity. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Godda in connection with N.D.P.S.
