GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No 2 to 3 in not registering the FIR under section 324,384 R/w 34 of IPC and not conducting investigation against the respondent No 4 to 17 basing on the police report dated 10.05.2020 is highly illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of Section 154 of Cr.P.C. besides violation o Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct th respondents No 2 to 3 to register the FIR under section 324,384 R/w 34 of IPC against the respondents No 4 to 17.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by the 3 Petitioner, a case in Crime No.186 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 324, 384 and 506 read with 34 of IPC on the file of Allavaram Police Station, East Godavari District has been registered against the unofficial Respondents. 3. Sri Tata Singaiah Goud, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
