HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 36660 of 2025 Court No. - 6 HON'BLE DR. YOGENDRA KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard Sri Raj Narayan Tiwari, counsel for the petitioners, Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Ms. Eshita Sand, holding brief of Ms. Anjali Upadhya, counsel for the respondent no.7. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over land bearing Gata No.350 and 345 situated in Village Habaitpur, Tehsil Dadari, District Gautam Budh Nagar, which the petitioner claims to be his own. Counsel for the State-respondents has pointed out that in terms of the order dated 09.10.2025, which is sought to be assailed, a team has been constituted for the purpose of carrying out the survey regarding the "illegal constructions in the Doob area" of the river Hindon. It is further submitted that the apprehension which has been expressed by the petitioner is without any substantive basis. Counsel for the petitioner has not been able to point out as to how the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 09.10.2025 in terms of which a survey has been directed. The writ petition is therefore not entertainable at the behest of the petitioner at this stage. It is accordingly, dismissed.
