At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that there is provision under Section 127 Cr.P.C. in respect of the order of the maintenance passed by the court concerned under Section 125 Cr.P.C., the same can be modified or altered, if a proper application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. is moved. 2. It shall remain open to the revisionist to move a proper application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. for modifying or altering the order of maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C., if he so advised, in accordance with law. 3. The present revision is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid liberty.
