Precisely, the Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents for payment of compensation for the land acquired. Learned counsel for the petitioner relied on the orders of this Court in W.P. No.1758 of 2023 dated 30.01.2023 and W.P. No.25056 of 2022 dated 24.08.2022. In both the matters, this Court directed the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioners therein. 2 3. Now, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would seek similar relief as given in the above referred orders and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader furnished a letter 4. addressed by the Special Deputy Collector (L.A.), (F.A.C.), to the Government Pleader for L.A., High Court of Andhra Pradesh. On careful perusal of the said letter addressed by the Special Deputy Collector (Acquisition Officer), it was admitted that the petitioner is entitled for the compensation and it is further asserted that the Special Deputy Collector (L.A.), Somasila Project, Atmakur has requested the Chief Engineer, NTR TGP, Tirupathi for allotment of budget for pending Land Acquisition work vide Rc.A/05/2025 dt.05.02.2025 and soon after budget allotment, the amount will be credited into the petitioner’s account. 5. 6. As the respondents have not disputed with the entitlement of the compensation by the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents herein to pay the compensation amount to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
