Heard Ms. Farzana Jamal, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Santosh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for State-Respondents. 2. Petitioner before this Court is relying upon an order dated 26.06.2025 whereby he was transferred from Mathura to Prayagraj, however, according to learned counsel for petitioner, said order is still not complied with. 3. On a specific query of this Court, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has already been relieved from earlier College, still Respondent-5, i.e., Principal, C.A.V. Inter College, Prayagraj has not allowed his joining. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of that in case petitioner has proper documents, he can appear before said Respondent-5, i.e., Principal, C.A.V. Inter College, Prayagraj on 31.10.2025 and if there is no legal impediment, said respondent will allow joining of petitioner. In case of any legal impediment, it will be a legal obligation of concerned respondent to communicate the same to petitioner on same day.
