The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with the following prayers :- “It is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire proceeding arising out of FIR No. 830/2023 registered with the Police station of Civil Line, Distt. Bilaspur against the petitioner charged under Ss. 376, 323 IPC & 3(2)(v)(a) of the (SC/ST) P.A. Act. (ANNEXURE-P/01) And further quash the entire proceeding Criminal Case No. SPL. CASE (ATROCITY)/35/2023 (State of Chhattisgarh Vs Mithlesh Sahu) U/s 376, 323 IPC & 3(2)(v)(a) of the (SC/ST) P.A. Act, pending before the Hon'ble Special Judge (SC/ST) P.A. Act, Bilaspur (C.G.) (ANNEXURE-P/02) And/or any other relief/ relief's which this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may please be also granted to the petitioners in the interest of justice.” 3.
