The present application has been preferred assailing the order dated 10.06.2025 passed by Executive Magistrate, Kotwali, Commissionerate Ghaziabad under Section 130 of BNSS in Case No.135C of 2025 (State Vs. Rajan Popali and another). 3. At the very outset, learned AGA has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the instant application and submitted that applicant has an alternative remedy under Section 135(7) of BNSS to challenge the order impugned, which is not disputed by learned counsel for applicant. 4.
