JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 2 06-03-2025 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Spl.P.P. for the State, Shri. Sadanand Paswan. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 87, 64 and 103 of the BNS, Sections 3(i)(r), 3(i),(s) of SC/ST (POA) Act and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners, being mother and other relatives of Kamlesh Pandit, have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that Kamlesh Pandit had approached this court Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9701 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 7976 of 2025 and the same was allowed by an order dated 6-3-2025 and the case was considered in details and on merits. 4. Learned Spl. P.P opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. 5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also taking into consideration the order dated 6-3-2025 in Cr. Misc No. 7976 of 2025, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dhaka P.S.
