Mrs. Rakhi Rani, learned counsel for the appellants and Mr. Santosh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent-Insurance Company along with Mr. Anurag Lal, Assistant Manager, Oriental Insurance Company, Legal Hub, Ranchi and Mr. Niraj Kumar, Manager, Oriental Insurance Company are present. 3. The parties have resolved this matter amicably on the certain terms and conditions : 4. It has been informed that the respondent – Insurance Company has paid total amount of compensation of Rs. 8,31,600/- with interest to the appellants in compliance of the Award passed by the learned Tribunal. 5. Today, when the case is called out, both the parties have settled the case on additional compensation amount of Rs. 5,15,000/- (Five lakhs and fifteen thousand) including interest in lumsum as full and final compensation to the appellants by satisfying the Award. 6. It is evident that the appellant has already received Rs. 8,31,600/- with interest. 2 7. Earlier Award was passed by the learned Tribunal to pay compensation of Rs. 8,31,600/- with interest of 6 % from the date of the filing of the claim application. 8. Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that a cheque may issued in favour of the claimants. 9. The respondent – Insurance Company is directed to issue cheque in favour of the appellants / claimants within a period of one month. 10. In terms of the settlement, the instant miscellaneous appeal is disposed of. 11. The parties are informed that the Court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded. 12.
