Pragadavaram Gram Panchayat, Chintalapudi Mandal, West Godavari District by making construction of buildings in Fathimapuram in stead of Velagalapalli Village, H/o. Pragadavaram Gram Panchayat, Chintalapudi Mandal, West Godavari District contrary to the administrative sanction granted by the 2nd respondent vide Roc. D1/2460/2019 e-1778458 dated 24.01.2020 and the resolution dated 07.07.2020 passed by the 8th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded, ultra-virus, against to the principles of natural justice and contrary to the procedure established by law and consequentially direct the respondents to construct Village Secretariat, Rytu Bharosa and YSR Clinic buildings in Velagalapalli Village, H/o. The case of the petitioner herein is that the Respondents are trying to shift Village Secretariat, Rytu Bharosa Kendram and YSR Clinic to Fathimapuram from Velagalapalli Village, H/o Pragadavaram Gram Panchayat, Chintalapudi Mandal, West Godavari District contrary to the administrative sanction granted by the 2nd respondent vide ROC.D1/2460/2019, e-1778458, dated 24.01.2020 and the resolution dated 07.07.2020 passed by the 8th respondent. Hence the writ petition. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that pending writ petition, the Village Secretariat as well as Rythu Bharosa Kendram have already been constructed in another place in view of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.12509 of 2020. 5 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat and learned counsel or unofficial respondents, in view of the constructions of the Village Secretariat and Rythu Bharosa Kendram had already been constructed in another place which was donated by the villagers, no orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition for further adjudication. 5. Observing the above, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
