Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to (i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 09.08.2024 passed by Prabhagi Vanadhikari, Bijnor Van Prabhag, Najibabad, District Bijnor i.e. respondent no. 4; (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay minimum of the pay scale of Rs. 18,000/- per month of Class-IV to the petitioner on which he is working in view of Hon'ble Supreme Court's Judgment dated 21.02.2002 (State of U.P. and others Vs. Putti Lal) : (2002) 2 UP L.O.B.E.C. 1595 and judgment dated 14.11.2018 passed in Civil Appeal No. 10956 of 2018 (Sabha Shankar Dubey Vs. Divisional Forest Officer and others) (iii) Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case; (iv) Award to cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. Withdrawal application is allowed. 3. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
