The instant petition has been filed for following relief: "1) To direct the Learned Principal Judge (Family Court), Rampur to execute the hearing of Case No. 01/2024 (Shyam Singh Vs. Smt. Vimla and another), pending before the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Rampur within stipulated period, as prescribed by this Hon'ble court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that Execution Case No. 01 of 2024 is pending consideration. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Court of Principal Judge (Family Court), Rampur to consider and decide the Execution Case no. 01 of 2024, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
