Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.52 dated 22.09.2024, registered under Section 303(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 23(3) of Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulations) Act, 1957 at Police Station Arif Ke, District Ferozepur. 2. By virtue of order dated 27.01.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurcharan Singh, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. 5. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 27.01.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
