Sri Dewendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which (i) a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of certiorari to quashing the order dated 26.08.2025 passed by Joint Police Commissioner, Crime/Head Office, Commissionerate, Kanpur Nagar (Annexure no. 3); (ii) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authority to not realize the recovery order dated 26.08.2025 from salary of the petitioner and (iii) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authority to pay the salary to the petitioner month to month without any recovery, on account of technical inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
