Heard learned counsel for the revisionist as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the material on record. This criminal revision has been filed with a prayer to allow the revision and set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 18.12.2024 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kasganj in Criminal Misc. Case No. 365 of 2020 (Smt. Bhuri and another Vs. On considering the facts and circumstances, submissions made by learned counsel for the revisionist as well as learned A.G.A. and perusal of record, the order passed by the learned trial court dated 18.12.2024, it appears that since the learned counsel for the revisionist has no any grievance with the amount fixed by the learned trial court for maintenance in favour of wife and her minor daughter but he requests to divide the amount of arrears of maintenance in fifteen equal installments with view of making easy payment.
