Mr. Awadh Behari Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients are enjoying licence in respect of tin shed shops under the Cantonment Board. Inspite of their objections, the Board has entered into agreement dated 8th August, 2025 with respondent no. 4 for setting up fish market in front of the licenced shops. His clients have made representation also on 8th August 2025. There be direction upon the Board to consider the representation and decide in favour of his clients. 2. Mr. Manav Chaurasia, learned advocate appears on behalf of Union of India. Mr. Ganesh Pandey, learned advocate holding the brief files power. He hands up his instruction dated 13th October, 2025 to submit, subsequent allotment was upon notice to petitioners. Their bid was unsuccessful. Now they have come and are trying to obstruct the licence granted to respondent no. 4. He opposes the writ petition. 3. Considering petitioners want their representation dated 8th August, 2025 be decided by the Board, we think fit to direct respondent no. 3 to do so. Petitioners will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of their representation dated 8th August, 2025 to said respondent. As we are not directing issuance of notice on respondent no. 4, respondent no. 3 will decide the representation and for the purpose, may notice respondent no. 4. Decision taken be informed to petitioners within four weeks of the communication.
