Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Following order was passed in the matter on 20.03.2026:- “In view of compliance affidavit filed by the respondents-State, more particularly order dated 25.11.2025 appended therewith, conveying that petitioner’s pension case has been sent to the office of Principal Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh and looking to the grievance of the petitioner, that he 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes - 2 - still has not been released due and admissible pension his favour, the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh, is impleaded as respondent No.3. Let learned counsel for respondent No.3 to have instructions in the matter about compliance of the judgment in letter and spirit. List on 20.04.2026.” 2. Pursuant thereto, learned counsel for respondent No.3 has placed Pension Payment Order-cum- Commutation Payment Order, authorizing release of pension in petitioner’s favour. 3.
