HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 16007 of 2025 Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Shams Uz Zaman, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that a punishment of censure entry came to be passed which was subject matter of challenge in Claim Petition No. 915 of 2024 before the UP Public Service Tribunal and the writ petition came to be decided on 04.04.2025. However, according to the writ petitioner, the said judgment is not being complied and he has not been extended the benefits. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to decide the claim of the writ petitioner. 4. Learned Standing counsel submits that the proper course open for the writ petitioner was to file a contempt petition before the tribunal itself, however, according to him, a conscious decision is to be taken with respect to the grievance of the writ petitioner bearing in mind the fact whether the judgment and order of the tribunal has been challenged and what is the fate if it has been challenged in that regard. He submits that a conscious decision would be taken by respondent no. 4, Superintendent of Police, Kanpur Dehat. 5. Considering the submissions so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the fourth respondent by 07.11.2025.
