Heard Sri Arvind Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking to assail an order dated 14.8.2025, passed by the respondent no.2, the Commissioner Vindhyachal Division, Mirzapur, in Appeal No.1155 of 2025 [Durgawati Devi Vs. Sub Divisional Officer Madihan, Mirzapur and Others], under Section 24(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and also the earlier order dated 27.6.2025, passed by the respondent no.3, the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Madihan, District Mirzapur, in Case No.4193 of 2025 [Durgawati Devi Vs. State of U.P.], under Section 24 of the Code 2006. It is not disputed that the order passed in appeal under Section 24(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, would be subject to a further statutory legal remedy, and in view thereof this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
