No. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE 06. 28.04.2025 Dr.YLR, J The alleged offence was taken place within the limits of Banjara Hills Police Station vide Crime No.71 of 2012 for the alleged offence under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, passed an order dated 22.02.2012 in Crl.M.P.No.456 of 2012, declining to give the custody of respondent No.2 by name Yandamuri Sridevi to the petitioner. The petitioner by name Yandamuri Parvathi, preferred an appeal before the learned II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad in Crl.A.No.197 of 2012 and by Judgment dated 12.04.2011, the appeal was dismissed modifying the order of the learned Magistrate with regard to keeping the victim girl in rescue home, Hyderabad by directing the concerned to handover to rescue home, prajvala for a limited period. In this case, the cause of action arose in Hyderabad. Therefore this Criminal Revision Case has to be heard and disposed of by the High Court of Telangana on point of jurisdiction.
