Sri Sandeep Kumar Singh, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No.150 of 2022, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Binauli, District Baghpat. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that in gang-chart only one case has been shown against the accused-applicant. There is criminal history of other eleven cases. In all the cases shown against the accused-applicant, he is on bail. The applicant is in jail since 25.06.2022. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail but he concedes that in all the cases shown against the accused-applicant, he is on bail. 5. This Court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and perused the records which prima facie reveals that there is one case shown in the gang-chart and history of 11 other criminal cases are shown against the accused-applicant. All the cases, accused-applicant is on bail. The applicant is in jail since 25.06.2022. 6. Hence, without touching the merit of the case, the bail application is allowed. 7. The accused/applicant-Ejaj Alias Azad Alias Lambu be released on bail in the aforesaid case on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
