Heard Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioners. 2. Present petition has been preferred with a prayer to direct the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to conclude and decide the Case no. 314 of 2021 (Saima and others Vs. Waseem Ahmad) under Section 128 of Cr.P.C., within stipulated period. 3. By bare perusal of the order sheet pertaining to aforesaid case, it is transpired that the matter has been posted over the next date in majority of the dates. No substantial order has been passed till date and the matter is pending since 2021. 4. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur/concerned court is hereby directed to expedite the Case no. 314 of 2021 (Saima and others Vs. Waseem Ahmad) under Section 128 of Cr.P.C. preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment and without extended any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Both the parties are hereby directed to extend full cooperation to the concerned court for achieving the directions as made above. 5. The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
