SHAIK KHAJA BASHA The Court made the following: THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION No.36379 of 2016 ORDER: When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is observed from the docket order that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 17.02.2025 and the matter is directed to be posted on 25.02.2025 under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even though the matter is posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’, today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the impugned notice dated 07.10.2016 issued by the respondents directing the Inspector Auditor Wakf, Chittoor District to take over the wakf institution under direct management till a managing committee is constituted. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the respondents are at liberty to constitute a managing committee as per Section 65 of the Act. No costs.
