This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Case No. 2628 of 2001, arising out of case crime no. 145 of 2000, under Sections 224, 223, 411 IPC P.S. Kotwali, District Deoria, pending in the Court of C.J.M. Room No.17, Deoria, expeditiously within stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. Vide order dated 8.4.2025 status report of the matter was called for. In compliance of the said order, the In-charge C.J.M., Room No.17, Deoria has submitted its report dated 3.7.2025, which is on record. From a perusal of the said report it reveals that the matter is pending for final argument and the next date fixed in this case before the Court concerned is 30.7.2025. 4. In view of the above, the Court concerned is directed to hear and conclude the arguments of both sides on the next date fixed before it and judgment may be passed as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment. 5.
