(Oral) Compliance affidavit filed by the respondents clearly reveals that respondents after having considered the case of the petitioner in light of CWP No.342 of 2021, tilted as Yashwant Singh and Others Vs. State of H.P. and Others, have rejected his case. Since there was only direction to consider the case of the petitioner in light of Yashwant Singh (supra), no action of respondents can be said to be contumacious. 2. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is disposed of. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in the appropriate Court of law, laying therein challenge 2 to order passed in purported compliance of mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, if so advised.
