Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. to direct the opposite parties not to demolish the house of the petitioner situate at House No.24/N , Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, Prayag Narain Road, Police Station - Hazratganj, Lucknow till the disposal of the restoration application (Poonam Gupta vs. Nagar Nigam, Lucknow and Others) being Misc. Case No.972 of 2024 filed in Regular Suit No.260 of 2009 (Poonam Gupta vs. Nagar Nigam Lko and Others) pending before the Civil Judge (J.D.) North, Lucknow." 2. Considering that restoration application is pending, present petition is disposed off with direction to decide the restoration application being Misc. Case No.972 of 2024 expeditiously within a period of two weeks positively. Even if the petitioner does not appear, the said application shall be decided. 3. The interim order passed by this Court shall operate for a period of two weeks. 4.
