Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 11.03.2024, whereby, the application filed under Section 15 of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021. 3. Learned Standing Counsel raised objection that against the said order, remedy of appeal is prescribed under the Act itself. 4. Upholding the said objection, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an appeal, if so advised. 5. In case, such an appeal is filed within three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law with all expeditions without going into the issue of delay.
