Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced a copy of instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Dharmajigudem Police Station wherein it is stated that after due investigation a charge sheet was filed on 20.08.2021 and the calendar case number is awaited from the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chintalapudi. 3. In view of the above instructions, as investigation is already completed and the charge sheet is already filed but yet to be numbered, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the petition directing the respondents to see that the calendar case is numbered within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said calendar case when numbered, if at all he has any grievance. 4. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of.
