1. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 A writ and/or an order in the nature of appropriate writ directing the Respondent authorities particularly the Respondent no. 1 to decide the representation dated 12.12.2024 (Annexure P-4) filed by the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 Any other writs and directions that may be deemed fit and just in the facts & circumstances of case. ”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner has filed an application before the concerned respondent authority way back on 12.12.2024, which is still pending for consideration before them, as such, he is seeking a direction to the concerned respondent authority particularly the respondent No.3 to consider and decide the application within some stipulated time period.
3. Considering the fact of the case that the application is lying pending for consideration since 12.12.2024 before the respondent No.3, the respondent No.3 is directed to decide the application of the petitioner preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of copy of this order, in accordance with law.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. The concerned authority is at liberty to pass orders on its own merits, in accordance with law.
