The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed for quashing the impugned summoning order dated 20.7.2024 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Unnao arising out of Criminal Case No.164 of 2024 under Section 323, 506 IPC, Police Station Asiwan, District Unnao. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this application with liberty to move an application for discharge before the trial court and the same may be decided by the learned trial court in a time bound manner. Accordingly, the application is dismissed, however, it is provided that in case, the applicants file an appropriate application for discharge before the concerned trial court within a period of fifteen days from today, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of two months in accordance with law, by the learned trial Court concerned.
