Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1 i.e. Civil Judge (SD), Lucknow to decide the C-6 Application moved by the petitioner along with the Original Suit No. 3290 of 2024 (Mahavir Vs. Puneet Jethwani and others) within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
