By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to order Respondents to issue appropriate directions for payment of bills Rs.3,53,975/- to the petitioner by the respondent No.2 in the petitioner's account. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an order to Respondent to reimburse medical expenses to Petitioner, borne by him, for his child treatment, along with normal bank interest for causing such a huge delay. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem and proper in the present circumstances of the case.” 2.
