Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Court below/Additional Civil Judge (SD) Court No. 24, Lucknow to decide the pending Regular Suit No. 546/2013 (Mubassir Hussain Vs. Sabbhir Ahmad) filed by the opposite party as suit for Permanent Injunction which is pending since 08.05.2013 within stipulated period." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2013, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
