Perused the request letter dated 29.03.2025 sent by the learned trial Court. This Court vide its order dated 05.07.2024 in MCRC No. 4267 of 2024 directed the trial 2 Court to conclude the trial within a period of four months from that day. Prosecution was also directed to ensure the presence of their witnesses for recording the evidence. 3. The request letter indicates that 12 prosecution witnesses have been examined and one witness is yet to be examined. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further time of three months is extended to conclude the trial. 5. Let the copy of this order be sent to concerned trial Court forthwith. 6.
