U/s 324 r/w Section 34 of IPC R.I. for one year with fine of Rs. 500/-, each in default of payment of fine amount additional R.I. for seven days. 2 In this case, vide order of this Court dated 24.02.2025 bailable warrant was issued against the appellants returned unserved with a report of Office of Station House Officer, Police Station-Chhawani, District Durg (C.G.) dated 21.02.2025 along with death certificate that appellant No. 1-Sukhnandan Dewangan died on 15.09.2024 and appellant No.2-Mahesh Kumar died on 02.04.2019. 3 Learned State counsel agreed with the report. 4 In view of the matter, this Criminal Appeal stands disposed of as the legal representative of the appellants have not approached to contest the appeal.
