The present petition has been filed challenging the order, whereby, the application for grant of arms license was rejected. 2. Learned Standing Counsel states that against the said order, an appeal is prescribed before the Commissioner. 3. Upholding the said objection, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an appeal against the order impugned. 4. In case, the appeal is filed within a month from today, the same shall be considered and decided on merits and in accordance with law. The appeal shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation.
