In compliance of the order dated 15.1.2025, Shri Yogesh Pratap Singh, PS- Panch Pedwa, Balrampur is present before this Court. On query being asked with respect to documentary evidence collected by him, he replied that while geotagging, the ID and password of the applicant has been used. Further, the subsidy was to be paid at different stages of the construction of the building and the same was got paid by using ID and password while geotagging. In view of the above, this matter is of economic fraud and this Court does not find any good ground in the matter. Consequently, the instant anticipatory bail application is hereby dismissed.
