Considering the limited prayer that is sought and also considering the fact that the representation made by the petitioner on 23.07.2019 has not been considered to date, a mandamus is issued to the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 23.07.2019 for issuance of patta after issuing notice to all the interest parties and pattadars, hearing their objections and thereafter pass orders. In case of a rejection a speaking order shall be passed. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is allowed.
