Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:11186 Court No. - 6 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 12895 of 2024 Petitioner :- Ram Das Ii Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Food And Civil Supplies Lko And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Ram Ji Trivedi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Alok Mathur,J.
1. Heard Sri Ram Ji Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and the Standing counsel on behalf of the respondents.
2. The grievance raised by the petitioner is with regard to payment of increments which were admissible to the petitioner from 2000/2001-2002 and were to be paid to him and also that the petitioner had preferred a writ petition before this Court bearing Writ Petition No.5573 of 2018 which was decided by this Court on 16.1.2019 and the respondents were directed to take decision on the application of the petitioner, expeditiously. The said application has been decided on 14.5.2019 but it seems that the grievance of the petitioner pertaining to payment of increment from 2000/2001-2002 have not been considered by the respondents and no order in this regard has been passed despite the fact that the said grievance finds mention in the
order of this court dated 16.1.2019 as well as the same has been mentioned in the order dated 14.5.2019.
3. Considering the fact that the respondents have failed to decide the grievance of the petitioner it cannot be said that they have complied with the direction of this Court dated 16.1.2019.
4. In light of the aforesaid, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to opposite party No.2 within next two weeks and on receipt of the same, opposite party No.2 shall pass orders on the grievance of the petitioner pertaining to admissibility of the increments for the year 2000/2001-2002.
5. Let the same be decided within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
6. With aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of. (Alok Mathur, J.)
