2. Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 06.04.2022, whereby amount of Rs. 1,61,980/- allegedly paid in excess to what petitioner was entitled to, has been recovered from the amount payable as gratuity to him.
3. Petitioner served as Conductor in Uttarakhand Transport Corporation, who retired on
31.03.2020. Thus feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court, challenging the recovery order.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that identical issue was decided by Division Bench of this Court in Special Appeal No. 245 of 2022. He submits that this writ petition deserves to be decided in terms of the judgment rendered in said appeal.

learned counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Transport Corporation concedes that the issue involved in this petition is covered by judgment rendered in

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is decided in terms of judgment dated 04.04.2024 rendered in Special Appeal No. 245 of 2022.
